My Personality test result.

So recently ive made a personality test yang me-exposekan peribadi kita based on few questions yang perlu dijawab.I always wanted to know my real personalities and i was like "Ada tak apps apa apa yang boleh identify personality kita based on kita punya natural act" So bila google finally found it.You guys pun boleh buat nanti ,i bagi link later .

So the questions basically dia tanya kita punya respond toward some situation untuk dia mengenal pasti level level kita.Its quite interesting sebab kebanyakan kita tak tahu pun sifat semulajadi kita ,this will help we stick to a solid personality yang tak membuatkan kita cepat terikut-ikut dengan orang lain.

So ,this is my result.The strength and even the weaknesses (im not afraid to show my weaknesses you see).So basically as i compare to the real me its almost true on everything.p/s this psychology test were made by professionals.(ENFJ is my type of personality combination)

ENFJ Strengths

• Very charismatic. ENFJ personalities are charming and popular. They instinctively know how to attract and keep people’s attention, as well as communicate with them effectively.

Alhamdulillah.Clear Mind as Crystal.

So hari ini i'll like to share something great that happen to me :)

You know this "magic" berlaku since i ditimpa sesuatu musibah yang membuatkan hatiku dirobek-robek hehe but everything has gone now.Alhamdulillah. So one day ,when that musibah happen i cry alot and my heart are totally diberikan kepada kepada Allah and yes i still boleh bertindak rasional.

Sejak dari itu my ibadah is getting better,my connection dengan Allah alhamdulillah is getting closer.I just love to think about Him every single time.Since dari itu banyak jugalah dengar dari Dr Asri ,UAI as usual and few books but yes still banyak lagi kena improve.As i surrender myself to him ,'musibah' tu pun tak kekal lama and it just fade away easily.

So ada beberapa perkara penting yang i'd learnt untuk stay connecting w Him.

1. Pray on Time.Whatever you doing seboleh-boleh tinggalkan and utama kan Allah.
2. "Astaghfirullah" all the time.We have so many sins.
3. Our destination is Syurga ,Dunia ni sekejap saja.
4. Amalkan solat sunat 14 rakaat ini yang Rasulullah kata kalau kita buat akan ada istana kita di syurga nanti.
5. Recite quran as many as you can kerana dia akan memberi syafaat pada kita nanti.
6. Setiap input yang masuk dalam minda melalui pendengaran dan penglihatan akan diserap oleh jiwa dan menzahirakan tindakan.jadi jaga 'input' itu sebaik mungkin.
7. Dengar ilmu agama sebanyak mungkin.
8.  Lupakan amal ibadat yang pernah kita lakukan ,tapi selalu ingat dosa2 yang pernah kita lakukan.
9. Bangun pagi terus ingat Allah ,didik hati ingat Allah sepanjang hari.

Hopefully dengan few amalan2 kita dekat Allah akan menzahirkan lebih banyak positive output. Allahurabi your mind will feel free as bird flying at the sky. Semoga kita mati dalam iman dan semoga tidak akan lagi perasaan cintakan dunia.

After diploma and Orphan House

Assalamualaikum and hye,
This is just a random post sebab as i wake up this morning i can feel there are so much positive energy inside me and i decided to luahkan disini..Bisakan?(Bolehkan)..

Lately ive been thinking about apa yang saya  harus buat to pursue my dream ,I keep imagine it so i get the feel .Seperti berangan dahulu dan disusuri dengan action inshaAllah.

Career after finished Diploma.
Tidak seperti yang lain ,i dont continue my study and i decided to pursuing my dream right away.I can feel that this is my field.As long as you have a big dream its okay to start small. Alhamdulillah i got my full support from my mother and abang-abang.Bukan kata dah tak nak study inshaAllah i will further till master when i got myself stable in my Business.

Entrepreneurship is the area where you can make 100 of thousands to million RM ,its not that easy but its not that hard. Most of my friends yang sudah berada di sini ,they always believe in rezeki Allah.Nothing is Impossible remember.Besides ianya bukan kerana duit semata.

Orphan's House
One of the reason yang motivate me on stay strong is i always want to build Orphan House yang juga dijadikan pusat tahfiz. Kasih sayang yang dikongsi bersama itu juga akan menjadi kekuatan when im at the bottom of the wheel someday. Besides, can you imagine the reward Ya Allah Ya Rahman it makes me want to die right away. I am not an ulama' i believe that this can help me in akhira to go to janna InshaAllah :')

Daripada Abu Ummah diceritakan bahawa Rasulullah SAW bersabda yang bermaksud: “Barang siapa yang membelai kepala anak yatim kerana Allah SWT, maka baginya kebaikan yang banyak daripada setiap rambut yang diusap. Dan barang siapa yang berbuat baik kepada anak yatim perempuan dan lelaki, maka aku dan dia akan berada di syurga seperti ini, Rasulullah SAW mengisyaratkan merenggangkan antara jari telunjuk dan jari tengahnya.” (Hadis riwayat Ahmad)

Mengulas hadis riwayat Ahmad itu, Al-Hafizah Ibnu Hajar Al-Asqalani berkata: “Cukuplah sebagai bukti yang menetapkan dekatnya kedudukan Nabi dengan kedudukan orang yang mengasuh anak yatim, kenyataan bahawa antara jari tengah dan jari telunjuk tidak ada jari yang lain.”

Setiap manusia ada pemikiran masing masing,ada life masing-masing.So i dont know how you're enjoying you One Time Living that was given by Allah,there are few thing yang kita harus amalkan dan Ingat sampai malaikat cabut nyawa.Esp remaja sama baya dengan saya.

ALLAH

Ingat mata yang sedang baca ,Minda yang tengah berfungsi ini adalah kuasa-Nya.Allah beri pinjam pada kita Roh and Jasad.Apabila bunyi tiupan sangka-kala ,atau tercabutnya Roh dari Badan Kita semua akan kembali pada Dia.

ILMU

Otak kita perlu diberi makan ,macam perut juga kalau tak makan sakit kalau makan benda bukan bukan nanti tak sihat.Otak juga perlu makanan yang baik,so Read and Discover banyak ilmu pengetahuan dari Allah yang belum kita tahu.Apabila luas pemandangan semakin Tinggi IQ ,kata kata yang dikeluarkan pun cantik semoga menyenangkan orang lain juga.

CINTA

Buang jauh jauh rasa benci dekat orang,dengki It means our heart are sick.sayang orang di sekeliling kita always imagine what you give you'll get back dari Allah.Allah maha penyayang ,ambil sikit sifat-Nya.

REZEKI

Allah limpahkan rezekinya di Atas Muka Bumi ini Di Langit-Nya,jadi Berusahalah untuk mendapat kesenangan Duniawi dan Akhirat.Semoga apabila hidup senang dekat Dunia ni mudah untuk kita beribadat dan hindari kufur dengan Allah.

So basically this is the base yang kita simply boleh practice ,Wallahu'alam, moga kita dapat living a life yang super ExtraOrdinary.InsyaAllah.

My strange feeling is a 'sudden sadness' which kita akan rasa sedih tanpa sebab kalau ada sebab tak tahu sebab apa.you pun mesti pernah rasa macamtu but depends kat individu tu sendiri ada yang sometimes saja ada yang often.Like me it happen once a month and bukan sebab 'that moon'.It breaks my heart a little,dia ganggu emosi sikit,it makes me weak but you know as orang Islam kita diajar macam macam cara or solution on every problem we face.

Im 20 studying Business Study in Melaka as a Diploma Student,btw studying in University is fantastic and waiting for it to finish is also fantastic.Im at the final year btw,few months and then habis.

So the story begin with,I am type of a person like everybody else ada impian masing masing So i dont wait for long time to get to my "impian" I do it now apabila org lain masih tekun kepada pelajaran masing masing..
I have a big passion on entrepreneurship ,macam orang lain juga cita cita haruslah besar dimana my business is not a part time job ,i give my full time commitment because i am 100% believe that 99% is from perniagaan seperti yang dikatan Rasulullah saw.

I go study not for get the Sijil and apply for a job and catur gaji setiap bulan,i want to create a job for my people.Pernah dengar dengan "DREAM BIG,START SMALL" .Jangan malu atau risau kalau kita bermula berniaga kecil-kecilan because if you have your own plan Inshallah He will guide you.

My Short Story
Awal tahun 2014,i really want to start my own Online business so I begin my Tudung collection with my own brand & design "ShawlByRose".Operated for about few month not gaining much  profit i stop & bagi laluan to final my exam.Bila dah stop operating abang2 tanya and bagi advice and  so on.

this is me hehe

So i begin my next journey with same brand "shawlbyrose" Online juga but in different service which is kita pula supply ke Online Retailers.Ambil masa 2weeks to setup ,sangat mencabar and emosi sangat terganggu hehe true story.Bangun Makan Tidur Mandi fikir "Whats next? What if orang tak beli? What if orang tak berminat? and more"Starting with Rm500,I start Alone.

But one thing buried deep down in my heart "Dont ever ever give up,nak nangis nangislah",So the first week on November which is the first month "Shawlbyrose" operated as Wholesalers i see a good sign,dari minggu ke minggu ,I give my full commitment,Dari pagi hingga ke malam ,my brain moving like non stop but its okay "this is temporary" i said to myself.

My First week punya sales

Hujung bulan November my company gained almost Rm8,000 with startup capital rm500(operating for 3 weeks) with 1 employee "Me".Sebab minggu ke-4 balik campus culture shock sekejap.Starting December Im hiring a part time staff untuk handle production and customers.Pada bulan December weekly sales stays with minimum RM3,000 every week due to lack of stocks and capabilities.Marketing rancak alhamdulillah cepat habis..

Hendak dijadikan cerita,theres a business man yang baik hati interested on investing on My business.Starting January 2014 he will invest RM30,000 for company enlargement ,dia juga orang berpengalaman great enough to organize my company very well.Inshallah at the very early 2014 we will have our own Office,manager and staffs.,And that "business Man" is my brother dia berumur 25 tahun.

Planning on office design 

I never will think of getting to this level so quickly,just remember "Allah suka orang yang berusaha".Im  sharing this for taking you to do something at the very young age..InshaAllah

3 DAYS PROJECT

So lately i just actively involve in Filming.Dulu pernah masuk satu competition ni which i tak berapa berkenan and tak puas hati mana dengan result sebab kerja last minute and lack of skills.
But now dah banyak belajar benda baru insyallah maybe boleh buat much more better than before.IN SHA ALLAH

So what is this 3 DAYS PROJECT
Pada beberapa hari yang lalu,i noticed that ada satu movie competition related dengan islamic concept.I really really waiting for that offer to come ,so here it is..
Tapi yang membuatku kaget adalah kok tarikh luput 30 April ,gimanaaa..
Thats why wujudnya 30 hari which i will make this movie within 3 DAYS ONLY not more not less ,so that i got quality that i need.

1st day focus on research,planning and shooting.
2nd day still shooting plus editing at night.
3rd day editing for whole day..

And post it at 25th April,IN SHA ALLAH
wish me luck:)

So this movie i will make is about "Islamic Generation #Knowledge"
I'll tell you very soon,buhbye..

INVESTMENT

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Theres a looooooooooooong time no type,so here i am :)

So ,firstly me myself sebagai orang muda remaja yang memang semulajadinya dikelilingi sumber sumber ada yang baik ada yang tak baik ,campur campur.So basically you know what happen kalau kita dikelilingi macam macam benda ini,our brain is not balance skjap baik skjap lupa diri.

Okay what i mean is,sometimes kita sedar kita lupa kan Allah and lalai buat benda lain which is not good .So lumrah anak muda ni 'leka' sifat dia.

WHAT I DO HERE

Lets invest ,you know kalau dalam business tengok orang kaya banyak keluar duit invest sebab dia tau there will be profit ,sama la ibadat just let be smart keep beribadat sebaik mungkin and what we do now is INVEST.Invest here including sedekah which is benda yang palik baik and mujarab kita boleh buat .

 “Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang bersedekah baik laki-laki mahupun perempuan dan meminjamkan kepada Allah pinjaman yang baik, nescaya akan dilipat-gandakan (ganjarannya) kepada mereka; dan bagi mereka pahala yang banyak.” (Qs. Al Hadid: 18)

Pahala are infinity so does dosa,so pilihlah yang  mana nak..

We already know that kan,another investment is sharing knowledge..

Boleh  practice macam macam cara ,me myself is so in love with videography so what i do buat video islamic SHARE and the more orang tengok the more PAHALA Insyallah :)

Susah Payah Untuk Gaza

Assalamualaikum ,

So 2 minggu lepas i decided to sell something dekat kolej kolej dengan classmates untuk donate ke Gaza.Kitorang jual 'Roti Hoddog' hehe 2 minggu setiap hari at least 50 units .So kitoranglah anak anak gadis ni petang gather untuk masak ,Hodog pakai rice cooker and Roti tu steam dulu pakai steamer.Then malam around 11 start jual habislah dalam pukul 12 sometimes 1 depends kadang sekejap sangat dalam 30 minutes mcmtu,depends.

So cerita dia kat sini walaupun dengar macam "alahai jual hodog je ,tu pun nak cerita ke? alahai mengada taknak kawan" BUT U KNOW WHAT kerja ni penat,penat sangat sangat  ..mana dengan quiz mana dengan tets mana presentation nya mana macik bedah..Okay ,campur time jual mental dan emosi kita dicabari and more tapi..

We did it ,and dapat collect seperti yang disangkakan .ALHAMDULILLA .I just said to myself jangan giveup sebab i know that when i giveup the rest pun da spoil mood nak continue and alhamdulillah at the time perasaan tu macam berkobar nak siapkan hold on 2 minggu tak lama,dah kerja nanti kena face benda ni setiap hari.SO STAY CALM KAN :) So Alhamdulila ,berkat modal yang dikeluarkan dalam 200 macamtu dapat net profit rm700 in 2 weeks.Terimakasih ya allah bagi pengalaman ini and peluang untuk bersusah payah for help our brother in sister in gaza ,"biar sedikit bantuan ku ini ,tapi ku harap besar ganjaran nya nanti,amiin"

So this is macam modal jual semua for those yang rasa boleh try dekat campus masing masing ,1st week tu salah kira sebenarnya Rm338 and net profit dapat around 718.4.

Balik bilik when i felt down sebab selling i'll look at this picture kesian dia muka dia nampak takut sangat.Masha Allah :(

CERITA MINGGU INI

So this week story is insane ,tak tahu lah orang lain macamana but for me its quite funny.okay so let me tell you what i do and what i have to do dalam minggu ni..

1.My side income's Designing Project.
So firstly there is a company yang offer job untuk hasilkan design untuk diorang punya flyers,product image,bunting and a product video.So i took it..

2.I have to help the batch's Event.
Yang kedua,my batch kena anjurkan fundraising event untuk GAZA so me as a person yang rasa bertanggungjawab rasa macam "i have to do something" kesian dekat orang yang buat kerja banyak kena kongsi markah dengan orang yang tak buat kerja.Thats why..and i want to take some responsible and i really want to help orang orang dekat GAZA.Fikir yang setiap usaha kita buat untuk tolong diorang ada reward dia.
1.So im looking for booth
2.Business class so that tabung class naik.(setiap class at least kena ada rm1000,AT LEAST)
3.Im planning on something untuk buat time hari event nanti..

3.My group assignment.
Thirdly ,dalam group ni ada 6 orang ,3 settle kan bahagian papers 3 settlekan outdoor kena interview semua.So i have to do yang interview punya part dengan 2 orang lagi.Yangni kena cari PR manager dpda company mana mana untuk interview.So im looking forward Hotel punya PR.And jumpalah PR manager ni dekat Cyberview Resort , Cyberjaya.

4.My STUDY yang tak reti nak habis.
Ada Quiz ,Ada test kena cover LAW kena cover IT.Subject lain so far so good  and the final is at 25 March.Amazing race..

Well i just decided this new lifestyle ,it is about macamana kita manage ourself on this earth.Wow bunyi macam poyyo hehe okay so lets found out

1.You Inner preparation
All this while ,kita selalu nak everything perfect yang hanya relate luaran semata CONTOH macamana kita punya appearance dressup ,what to eat ,kos sara hidup ,i love you you love me and more..
Do you know what moves kita selama ni? Our soul roh kita ,how come dia nak jadi baik kalau input kita benda buruk..So lets depends on yang Maha Hidup "Allah SWT" so that we'll refresh our soul completely.Kumpul pahala remember 'purpose of our life'.READ BOOKS ,dont watch TV too much baca buku is the best input.

2.Your Outer preparation
After dah siap step one , and then you can look up after yang benda benda luaran..Tone up your body , work untuk sara hidup ,social living ,your hobby dan lain lain..

Pernah tak sometimes kita rasa empty tade life benda kecil jadi masalah nak terasa sini sana.Thats sucks..I can feel that bro

So how to turn small thing into BIG ,lets make our mind think of bigger issue so that automatically semua perasaan di atas akan hilang begitu saja.Ia betul begitu saja..

So first thing first ,follow these INSYAALLAH you’ll get better ;)

SET YOUR OBJECTIVE

(Letak anything as your goal ,i wanna be like this or that OR minggu ni i want to achieve this and whatso ever..)

PLAN YOUR DAYS

(Bila dah ada goal ,kena tau steps apa yg kena ambil .Take time do some research takpun relax fikir dalam dalam and jot down ;)   

TAKE RESPONSIBLE

(You know sometimes kita rasa empty sebab kita rasa hidup so easy and ta payah fikir sangat ,well lets change that -take responsible means if you think your parents are out of money help them ,kalau rasa you have some talent join something and so on)

MAKE OTHER PEOPLE HAPPY

(when you able to make other happy its mean you are a positive person ,tak semestinya kena bt lawak if you think that person need help tolongla dia , or..jangan sakitkan hati orang lain or buat dia terasa.Just dont okay)

DO NICE THINGS EVERYDAY

But the most important thing that you have to do setiap hari is ingat dia because Allah is so close. Dekat sangat that you cant even imagine so PRAY ,when you sad when you happy when you feel anything.Share anything..

How to be POSITIVE :)

Okay firstly it is from my own experience ,masa ni dkt Singapore mmg ramai mat salleh and ada satu masa tengan jalan ni adala sorang mat salleh prempuan ni Caaantik tengah dduk and shes staring at me time tenga jalan tu ,dia pandang senyumm je mcam suka ap yg dia tgk ni (hehe) .1st thing i see she gimme a positive aura dia bukanlah sombong yg pandang orang sebelah mata.Shes like observing or whatever i dont mind.

And you know what from that day ,ive been thinking why not we see another people punya kelebihan as kita punya juga.Allah jadikan dia rupawan Allah juga jadikan kita begitu ,ada lebih ada kurang .Same goes to tengok orang pandai ,orang yang alim ,tengok orang yg fit and more..

Lets get rid of negative sides of other people ,bila kita pandang org lain dengan rasa iri hati ,marah it means there must be something wrong somewhere at our heart ,So take a deep breath ,lets be positive :)

My imaginary home.

This is something perfectly beautiful with calmness and so amazing it makes me cry.

My new career.

So this motth ,quite busy and memerlukan focus lebih sikit on work.

Finally I start my own career for side income .Its the EVENT PLANNER yeay

 

So my second programme is 25Nov ni.

Its about Fitness Programme.

 

It takes 3 weeks sebelum program ni start untuk setup tempat,trainer,promotion and designing.

I really want to commit dalam kerja ni.

 

BECAUSE i think career ni help me train diri sendiri untuk jadi Producer in future dari segi managing u know program,timing,audience and so on.

 

 

 

SO IM HAPPY because im working.If i just sit around without doin anything it makes me unhappy.Bila kerja i can pay my own car , i can invest , i can buat baik bagi kat orang susah ,i can buy my own dress adn more.

But thats not all ,I CAN BE INDEPENDENT kan?I LOVE IT :)
